👨🍳 Preparation Tip:
- For best results, use a deep fryer. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature.
- Mix 500 g of the mix, 215 ml of water, and 65 ml of vegetable oil using a dough hook mixer.
- Roll out the dough to a thickness of 5 mm.
- Cut out your donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes.
- Preheat your pan to 180°C or your oven to 200°C (or 180°C for a fan oven).
- For pan frying, cook the donuts about 90 seconds on each side until golden.
- For oven baking, place the donuts in a donut pan and bake for about 12 minutes until nicely golden.
- Once cooked, brush them with melted butter and decorate as you like.
