The Marvelous Molds Classic Knit Simpress mold imprints a classic knit texture onto an entire side of a cake with a single press, creating a cashmere sweater effect. Made from flexible, food-safe silicone in the United States, it is pressed directly onto a sheet of rolled fondant, marzipan, or sugar paste already placed on the cake.

Instructions for use
- Roll out the sugar paste or marzipan into an even sheet 3 to 4 mm thick and place it on the cake, which should already be covered.
- Apply the mold to the still-flexible sheet and press firmly, by hand or with a rolling pin, to transfer the pattern across the entire surface in a single pass.
- Peel the mold away from one edge without sliding the paste sheet, so you do not flatten the relief.
- Trim the edges with a pastry wheel once the pattern has been imprinted, before the paste dries.
Please note. Press the mold firmly and evenly across the entire surface for a consistent knit depth. Clean the mold with warm soapy water, rinse, and air-dry. It is also dishwasher-safe on the top rack at a moderate temperature.
