Colour Mill Peach is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Peach shade creates a soft pink-orange reminiscent of the flesh of a ripe peach.
