Colour Mill Dusk is a concentrated oil-soluble colouring, packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches and rich creams without causing the preparation to seize or become grainy. The Dusk shade creates a deep mauve-pink, reminiscent of an evening sky.

Please note: this colouring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the colour gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too intense.
