Colour Mill Choco Drip Green is ready-to-use, free-flowing chocolate dyed throughout a rich green, somewhere between evergreen and meadow depending on the thickness of the drip. It creates clean, even drips around the edge of your cake in just a few minutes.
Packaged in a 125 g flexible pouch with a pouring spout, it warms in seconds and can be applied directly without tempering or measuring.

- Halloween, for a graphic, gooey effect

Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in the microwave in 10-second intervals (or in a warm water bath over low heat) until smooth and free-flowing
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a well-chilled cake, gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip

Please note: Warm in short 10-second intervals rather than all at once: heating for too long makes the drip too runny, causing it to slide down to the cake board. Take the cake out of the refrigerator with the outer frosting already set so the drips stop cleanly.
