Instructions for use

1. Pour the desired amount into a microwave-safe container.

2. Melt in 30-second intervals, stirring between each.

3. Use gloves: isomalt becomes very hot.

4. Let the bubbles stop then pour or work.

5. To smooth: quickly pass a blowtorch over the surface.
