Usage tips
Pour a perfectly smooth mousse and freeze thoroughly so the floral relief stands out clearly. Velvet flocking in a solid tone reveals the pattern through shadow play; reserve the mirror glaze for the smooth part if combining finishes. The piece stands on its own without additional decoration.
Note: 1.1 liters corresponds to an entremet of about 8 servings; size the insert on the smooth area for a cut without surprises in the relief.
