Instructions for Use
- Installation: place the tip inside an empty piping bag, tip pointing outward.
- Cutting: cut the end of the bag at the base of the tip for a perfect fit, not too wide nor too tight.
- Filling: fill the bag two-thirds full with your mixture (buttercream, whipped ganache, stabilized whipped cream), expel air by pressing toward the tip.
- Piping: hold the bag vertically 1 cm above the surface, press with a steady motion according to the desired pattern.
- Cleaning: rinse immediately after use with warm soapy water. Dishwasher safe.

The consistency of your buttercream affects the regularity of the star pattern. Too soft a cream loses the relief of the grooves, too firm a cream partially blocks the ridges. Aim for a ribbon-like texture on the spatula. For whipped creams, add 2 g of mascarpone per 100 g of cream to stabilize piping.
