Instructions for Use

1. Filling the bag: fill the bag two-thirds full with your preparation, push air towards the tip.
2. Twisting the top: twist the top of the bag to compress the preparation towards the tip and create an empty area to clip.
3. Applying the clip: slide the clip onto the twisted area, press to close it hermetically.
4. Check: ensure no cream can rise by pressing firmly on the bag.
5. Cleaning: remove the clip after use, rinse with hot water. Dishwasher safe.

Patissland Tip for Leak-Free Bags

For leak-free production at the back of the bag: fill the bag to a maximum of two-thirds (pressure on an overfilled bag causes the closure to burst), expel air well before closing, twist the top several times to create a tight seal. The clip should be placed on the twisted part, not on the filled part. For mass production, prepare 3-4 bags in advance, closed and refrigerated: you save time on color changes.
