Instructions
- Cream preparation: prepare a stabilized buttercream (Swiss or Italian meringue), firm texture that holds during piping.
- Setup: place the Easy Blooms tip in a piping bag, cut the opening to the correct diameter.
- Filling: fill the bag two-thirds full with buttercream, push out air toward the tip.
- Piping: hold the bag vertically 1 cm from the surface, squeeze without moving until the complete flower forms, release pressure and lift.
- Repeat: repeat for each flower. No rotation or spiral technique needed.
- Cleaning: rinse immediately with warm soapy water after use. Dishwasher safe.
Patissland Tip for Perfect Easy Blooms
For successful Easy Blooms flowers: the consistency of the buttercream is crucial. Too soft, the flower flattens and loses its petals; too firm, the piping tears. Aim for Swiss meringue buttercream chilled for 30 minutes before use. Hold the bag perfectly vertical (never tilted) so all petals form symmetrically. For natural colored flowers, use Colour Mill liposoluble colorants (Blush, Lavender, English Rose).
