Decora's Velly Decor White Spray creates an even velvet effect on frozen entremets, semifreddo, and ice cream in just a few seconds. Its white shade provides an elegant base, suitable on its own for a minimalist finish or as an undercoat before adding touches of color. Made in Italy.

Directions for use
- Place the dessert in the freezer until it is thoroughly chilled at the center.
- Spray from a distance of 20 cm to 25 cm, using thin, even passes.
- Suitable for frozen entremets, semifreddo, and molded ice cream, only on a cold or frozen surface.
Please note: pressurized container; store in a cool, dry place away from heat and sources of ignition. Formula contains emulsifier E322 (sunflower): check the product label for allergen information. Shake well before use.

Can I use this spray on a non-frozen dessert?
The best results are achieved on very cold surfaces straight from the freezer. If the product is not cold enough, the velvet effect will be less defined.
Does the white color cover marbling or dark chocolate?
Yes, the white shade creates an opaque veil. On very dark shades, apply in cross passes to achieve an even finish.
Is this spray suitable for wedding cakes?
Yes, its versatile white base can be used on its own for a clean finish on frozen wedding cakes, or as an undercoat before adding colorful decorations.
