Directions for use
Shake before use, then add the coloring drop by drop: use about 3 drops per 57 g of mixture, adjusting to the desired intensity. This shade is suitable for icings (buttercream, royal icing, whipped cream), fondant and marzipan, cookie and sponge cake batter, as well as macarons and ganaches. It's especially suited to pastel palettes and spring or rustic decorations.
