Colour Mill Purple is a concentrated oil-soluble food coloring, packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and rich creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Purple shade produces a deep, clear violet between blue and pink, without a gray undertone.

Please note: this coloring is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup).
