Colour Mill Olive is a concentrated oil-soluble colorant packaged in a 20 ml dropper bottle. Its oil-based formula blends directly into chocolate, cocoa butter, ganaches, and high-fat creams without causing the mixture to seize. The Olive shade creates a matte, earthy khaki green, very different from bright greens such as Green or Mint.

Please note: this colorant is oil-soluble and does not dissolve in water-based preparations (royal icing, syrup). Shake the bottle before use and add the color gradually: it is easier to darken a shade that is too light than to lighten a base that is already too intense.
