Directions for use
- Shake the bottle before use and mix into a room-temperature base (18 to 22°C)
- Typical dosage: 2 to 4 drops per 250 g for a pastel shade, up to 20 drops for a dark shade
- Mix, then leave to rest for 15 minutes before adjusting the colour if needed
- To colour chocolate or ganache, use the Colour Mill oil-based range, not this water-soluble colouring
