Colour Mill Green Choco Drip is ready-to-use pourable chocolate, colored throughout in a bright green shade ranging from fir green to meadow green depending on the thickness of the drip. It creates clean, even drips around the edge of the cake in just a few minutes.
Packaged in a flexible 125 g pouch with a pouring nozzle, it reheats in a few seconds and can be applied directly without tempering or measuring.

Recommended uses
- Halloween, for a glossy, graphic effect
- Christmas and fir tree decorations, paired with red or white
- Tropical or nature-themed designs, with foliage decorations
Instructions
- Warm the sealed pouch in the microwave in 10-second intervals (or in a bain-marie over low heat) until smooth and lump-free
- Test it on the edge of a bowl: the drip should stop after 2 to 3 cm without running all the way to the bottom
- Apply to a very cold cake by gently squeezing from the edge outward, then refrigerate for 15 minutes to set the drip
Please note: warm in short 10-second intervals rather than all at once: heating for too long makes the drip too runny, causing the drips to slide down to the cake board. The cake should be taken straight from the refrigerator, with the outer icing already set, so the drip stops cleanly.

Yes, the shade is intentionally bright and works well for both uses: finer and more even for Christmas, or more irregular and runny for a slimy Halloween effect.

Does this drip taste different depending on the colour?
