White Cocoa Butter Colorant – Chocolart Pavoni – 200 g

The Chocolart Blanc coloring from Pavoni is a ready-to-use professional coloring, formulated with cocoa butter and E170 coloring (calcium carbonate). It allows you to whiten chocolate or create pastel effects, on the surface, in molding, or within the mass.

For a clean, pure, or pastel white

Usable alone or mixed with other colors, the white E170 is essential for obtaining pastel shades or enhancing the brightness of decorations. Its cocoa butter base allows for immediate use after melting and tempering.
