This kit consists of two complementary elements:

• 6 rings made of non-deformable thermoplastic material (Ø80 mm h20 mm), perfect for even baking of tart bases.

• 1 silicone mold with 6 cavities (Ø74 mm h35 mm) to mold a mousse or creamy filling with a spectacular floral design to place on top of the pastry.

The micro-perforated rings are non-stick, stainless, and guarantee perfect baking with even heat distribution.

Usage tips

2. Bake the base blind.

3. Make your favorite mousse or creamy filling and mold it in the silicone cavity.

4. Carefully unmold, place on your tart base, and decorate as you wish.
