- Mix vigorously: until fully dispersed to avoid lumps. Using an immersion blender is recommended for optimal dispersion.
- Let act: 1 to 5 minutes for the viscosity to fully develop.
Indicative dosage: 2 g/kg for a fluid, coating consistency, 5 g/kg for a thick and stable texture.
