Instructions for Use

Mix the powder with the cold liquid to be gelled (water, juice, infusion, broth, sauce), then stir vigorously with a whisk or immersion blender to ensure even dispersion and avoid lumps. Then heat to 100 °C while stirring constantly, and immediately pour into the desired molds or containers. Gelling begins upon cooling, between 40 and 50 °C depending on the liquid composition.

Indicative dosage: 100 g per liter of liquid. For very thin films, carefully unmold once fully set.
