Shimmer Dust Golden Jewel is a fine, shimmering powdered food coloring in a champagne gold shade with pearly highlights. This precious gold is perfect for chic decorations, gold and jewel finishes, wedding cakes, and any creation where a bright and refined gold is desired. This edible shimmering powder is applied directly from the bottle onto fondant, marzipan, chocolate, macarons, or any other solid surface.
Usage
- •Dry application: with a brush or directly from the bottle onto a solid surface.
- •In painting: mixed with an edible alcohol solution for a shiny champagne gold finish.
- •Brush onto the lining of a piping bag filled with buttercream or icing for a two-tone effect.
Note: maximum recommended dose of 2 g per 1 kg of decoration. Reseal the bottle after use and store at room temperature. For food use only.
