Usage Tips

1. For a disc to place: pour mousse, creamy filling, jelly or tempered chocolate, freeze, then unmold and place in the center of the dessert.

2. For embossing: gently press the mold onto a well-chilled (or slightly set) surface to mark the letters.

3. Finishing touches: velvet spray, water-soluble/iridescent powders, gold leaf on a word or a heart.

Care

• Dishwasher safe; prefer gentle washing and air drying.

• Avoid any sharp tools in the molds.
