Instructions :
- Use these thick plates to guide the application of your ganache or frosting to the perfect thickness around your cake.
- Each plate is designed to be slightly larger (0.75cm) than the corresponding tin, to allow space for icing (for example, use 20cm plates for a 20cm cake).
- Place one plate at the bottom and another at the top of your cake. Apply your icing or ganache and use the plates as a guide for a perfect finish.
- Suitable for ganache, buttercream icing or other types of icings.
Interview :
- Wash with warm, soapy water before and after use.
- Do not use in the dishwasher or with hot water, to avoid any deformation of the plates.
