Dr. Oetker Baking Tips:
- To melt quickly: Immerse the pouch in a container of hot water until the chocolate is melted. Cut a corner of the pouch to use it like a piping bag.
- Double boiler: Place the chips in a heat-resistant bowl over a pot of hot (not boiling) water. Stir until smooth. Be careful not to let water get into the chocolate.
- Microwave: Remove the chips from the packaging, place them in a microwave-safe bowl, and heat at medium power (50%) for 1 minute. Stir well, then heat in 10-second intervals if needed. Caution: do not overheat.
