👨‍🍳 Preparation Tip :

  1. For best results, use a deep fryer. Make sure the ingredients are at room temperature.
  2. Mix 500 g of the mix, 215 ml of water and 65 ml of vegetable oil using a dough hook mixer.
  3. Roll out the dough until it reaches a thickness of 5 mm.
  4. Cut out your donuts and let them rest for 25 minutes.
  5. Preheat your pan to 180°C or your oven to 200°C (or 180°C for a fan oven).
  6. For pan cooking, cook the donuts for about 90 seconds on each side until golden brown.
  7. To bake, place the donuts in a donut pan and bake for about 12 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Once cooked, brush them with melted butter and decorate them according to your preferences.
