Tips for making
For a clean and stable dress, prepare a dense cake batter like pound cake, reinforced sponge, or Madeira cake. Butter and flour the mold generously before baking, then let it cool slightly before unmolding to preserve the shape.
Once the cake is unmolded and cooled, insert the mini bust on a pick at the top, then dress the gown according to the chosen theme: smoothed fondant, buttercream piped with a bag, royal icing, or whipped ganache.
