👨🍳 Preparation Tip :
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- For one serving, mix 100g of the mixture with 70ml of hot tap water for 8 minutes using a whisk at maximum speed until an airy texture is obtained.
- Add 220 grams of unsalted butter (at room temperature) in 4 parts to the mixture, beating until the butter is completely incorporated before adding the next part.
- Beat at high speed for about 8 minutes until smooth.
- One portion of cream is enough to fill and cover a 20cm cake or decorate around 12 cupcakes.
