Graduated Wilton Pastry Mat:

The Roll N Cut Mat pastry mat from the Wilton brand is a practical plastic work mat that will be very useful for measuring, rolling out, and cutting fondant, marzipan, etc. Thanks to the marked circles and lines, it is very easy to find the right measurement and proceed with cuts, for example.

With this mat, you can decorate a cake with a maximum size of 10 x 35.5 cm.

Instructions for use:

  1. Sprinkle the mat with a little icing sugar for baking. Alternatively, you can grease the mat with a little vegetable oil (for example Crisco).
  2. Place the dough on the mat and roll out to a thickness of about 0.5 cm.
  3. Cut your shapes using a knife or a cookie cutter, or roll the piece out to the desired size.

Note: if the mat moves, moisten the back side of the mat to keep it in place on your work surface.

The mat has a non-stick layer and measurements in inches and cm.
