These printing plates can be used for different kinds of edible products such as: fondant, pastillage or marzipan. This stunning pattern can be used in the design of different cakes to create the effect of a beautiful wooden structure. Both sides of the plate are intended for creating the pattern. With one side you get a raised pattern on your fondant and with the other side you get a deep pattern in your fondant.

Usage tips:

Knead the fondant well and spread it using a rolling pin on powdered sugar until you obtain a uniform thickness.
  • Choose the side of the plate you want to use for your creation.
  • Press the plate firmly with a spatula to imprint the pattern on the fondant. Make sure that all parts of the plate are well printed on the fondant.
  • Remove the plate
  • Spray your creation with Edible Gloss to make your pattern even more beautiful.
