We recommend lightly embossing your letters to reveal your message. The deeper the embossing, the more difficult it is to paint. If you want deeper embossing, you can fill your letters with Pixie beads, edible glitter, royal icing, gel icing, airbrush paint or sprinkles.
To remove the letters from the tray, make a ball of sticky fondant and use it to pop them out, another option is to use a marking tool to gently release them, do not force the letters using this method.
For painting, we recommend using our food grade brushes. Take your time painting your letters, it's one of the most enjoyable tasks in cake decorating.
