Usage tips
In frozen mousse, the rays naturally guide the cutting of portions. In baked form, a dense sponge preserves the relief better than an airy genoise. The two-tone radiant glaze, applied from the center outward, doubles the mold’s solar effect.
Note: the center of the pattern concentrates the mass: check the doneness at the center before removing the piece from the oven.
