Ma pâte feuilletée a gonflé comme jamais car le collier de billes n'était pas assez lourd. Des billes plus grosses feraient plus l'affaire. Même avec plusieurs colliers de billes, je doute de leur efficacité. J'ai dû au final piquer mes pâtes feuilletées suivantes et ajouté les billes en plus et là ça a fonctionné. Mon millefeuille était très réussi.
