Preparation Instructions :
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix 500 g of the mix with 150 g of (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g).
- Knead until you obtain a homogeneous dough.
- Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven at 160°C).
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to a thickness of approximately 3 mm.
- Cut out your biscuits with cookie cutters.
- Bake for 12 minutes.
- Leave to cool and decorate according to your preferences.
Yield: Approximately 25 biscuits of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
