With this cookie mix, quickly prepare delicious crunchy cookies. Thanks to its improved recipe, you can make cookies with a perfect shape. Feel free to customize them to your taste!

Preparation Instructions:
- Make sure all ingredients are at room temperature.
- In a bowl, mix 500 g of the mix with 150 g of (cream) butter and 1 egg (50 g).
- Knead until you get a homogeneous dough.
- Refrigerate the dough for 1 hour.
- Preheat your oven to 180°C (fan oven at 160°C).
- On a floured work surface, roll out the dough to about 3 mm thickness.
- Cut your cookies with cookie cutters.
- Bake in the oven for 12 minutes.
- Let cool and decorate as you like.
Yield: About 25 cookies of 7-10 cm, depending on thickness and shape.
