Concentrated Food Flavoring Paste
Saracino's concentrated food flavoring pastes offer a wide range of uses and applications. Designed with heat stability, they are ideal for baked applications. These pastes can also be used as is, poured over ice cream, cakes, yogurt or other sweet treats, or used as jam in baked sponge cakes for exceptional flavor.
Storage: Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.
Sweet Tiramisu
Dosage: 100/120 grams of flavoring paste for 1 liter of base mixture.
Use 100 grams of flavoring paste per liter of crème fraîche in the case of mousse, 100 grams per liter of milk in the case of bavaroises, 120 grams per kg of product mixture in the case of cakes. For use in ice cream, 100/120 grams of paste per kg of mixture.
Simply mix the flavoring paste with the other ingredients for about a minute to blend it thoroughly.
Ingredients: Marsala wine, sugar, egg yolk and eggs, flavors, coffee, hazelnuts, peanut oil.
Allergy advice: Contains eggs, peanut oil and tree nuts (hazelnuts). May contain traces of soy, milk and nuts (almonds, pistachio).
