Thanks to this easy-to-use spray - spray the chocolate elements you want from a distance of 25-30 cm.
This cooling spray will be a valuable aid in chocolate processing.
You can apply it to the outside of a polycarbonate mold after pouring the chocolate inside; it instantly lowers the temperature of the mold, speeding up cooling times, the consequent solidification of the chocolate, and the final release.
Also excellent when assembling pieces and components of eggs or chocolate structures: applied to the parts to be assembled, the seal becomes instantaneous.
Ingredients : propellant gases E943a (butane), E943b (isobutane), E944 (propane).
Produced in a facility that uses soy lecithin.
