Cake Lace Mat - Plumes 3D Large
Made with premium 100% food grade silicone, the “3D Feathers” mat features detailed and delicate feather patterns, perfect for adding a touch of elegance to your pastry creations. Cake Lace is extremely easy to use - simply follow the manufacturer's instructions, roll out the dough onto the mat and bake at 80°C for 12-15 minutes. Take it out of the oven and let cool for five minutes; your Cake Lace is now ready to use!

Instructions :
- Prepare the Cake Lace following the manufacturer's instructions.
- Spread the dough on the mat.

Storage tips:
- Store the finished lace in greaseproof paper, wrapped in aluminum foil.
- Keep it away from strong lights and odors.
Applications :

- You can also color the Cake Lace using powder or gel pastes to obtain pastel or dark shades.
- Cake Lace can be applied over ganache and meringue buttercream, but it is not recommended to apply over buttercream as it remains soft.
