Product Description:
Cocoa butter spray, perfect for mousses, entremets, and frozen products in general. This spray creates a high-quality red velvet effect on frozen surfaces.
- The can must be used at a temperature strictly below 35°C and kept at a temperature not below 25°C.
- Shake well before and during use.
- Spray evenly with light presses to apply a thin and uniform layer, keeping a distance of about 50 cm from the frozen surface.
- Keep the spray as vertical as possible and always clean the nozzle after use.
- Avoid excessive use. Let dry and repeat the operation if necessary.
- Let the treated food rest for at least 1 hour before consumption.
