Storage

Store the sugar paste in a dry place away from light, between 15 and 20°C.
Do not refrigerate or freeze.


Usage

  1. Carefully remove the sugar paste disc from the packaging.

  2. Unroll it slowly on a flat, clean surface.

  3. Place it directly on the cake previously coated with a thin layer of ganache, jam, or neutral sugar paste for better adhesion.

  4. Smooth from the center to the edges to remove air bubbles.

  5. Neatly trim the excess close to the cake.

The dough can also be cut into shapes (hearts, flowers, stars) to decorate cupcakes, shortbreads, or layer cakes.
