Sosa oligofructose is a soluble fiber extracted from chicory roots, ideal for reducing sugar content while maintaining sweetness in your preparations. With a sweetening power (POD) of 50% and an anti-crystallizing power (PAC) of 45% compared to sucrose, it partially or totally replaces sugar in many recipes.
