Description
Naturfoam from Sosa is a plant-based foaming agent, made from quillaia extract, a Chilean tree known for its natural foaming properties. It dissolves easily in any aqueous liquid, whether hot, cold, sweet, acidic, or neutral, and works over a wide pH range.
This product is ideal for adding a creative and sensory touch to your drinks, cocktails, milk preparations, infusions, juices, smoothies, or fermented beverages.

Instructions for use

Recommended dosage: 0.2% (i.e. 2 g per 1 L of liquid)

Add Naturfoam to cold or hot liquid.

Foam using one of the following methods:

Whipped cream siphon (N₂O cartridge – compatible with hot or cold liquids)

Manual or electric whisk to incorporate air
