This KE092S mold is a family-sized Yule log with a single 1100 ml cavity, to be cut into slices. The Snow Tree PX4396S mold is a different format: 20 individual tree-shaped cavities of 100 ml each, for single-serve desserts. Two complementary formats from the same visually themed range.
How can you unmold it without damaging the relief?
Unmold the piece while thoroughly frozen, gradually pulling back the silicone edges without forcing any single point of the relief.
