The Astro 95 mold brings true three-dimensionality and graphic elegance to your individual portion displays as well as plated desserts. Its fluted cone silhouette creates very visible plays of shadow and light after mirror glazing or velvet finish. Thanks to professional-grade platinum silicone, the unmolding is clean, the surface is smooth and ready to be decorated with a fine spray of colored cocoa butter, gold leaf, a shiny glaze, or a dusting of cocoa.

Versatile, Astro 95 allows free rein to creativity: fruity bavarois, chocolate praline entremets, individual cheesecakes, creamy inserts, frozen parfaits, or frozen entremets. The mold’s structure stabilizes mousse preparations while maintaining the precise definition of the fluting.
