Instructions for use

Pipe the dough flush with the cavities.

Chill/freeze until set.

Unmold the dough discs, place on perforated tray/mat.

Bake according to your curve; open the oven vent at the end of baking to dry.

Finish: craquelin disk, fondant, chocolate, mirror glaze, etc.
