Preparation Tip: See the quantity table on the package for proportions and cooking time. Preheat the oven to 175°C (convection oven 160°C). The ingredients should be at room temperature. Place the mixture, water, eggs and vegetable oil in a bowl. Mix for 6 to 8 minutes to obtain a light dough. Pour the batter into a greased baking dish (1/2 to 2/3 full) and bake the cake. Also suitable for cupcakes (approx. 20 cupcakes with 500 g mix recipe), baking time approx. 20 minutes at 175°C (convection oven 160°C).
