Can Enchanted Cream be prepared with water only? Yes, this is one of its great advantages. Using only water makes the cream lighter and allows it to be stored longer outside the refrigerator. For a richer, creamier taste, we recommend a 50% water / 50% milk mix.
How to achieve very vibrant colors with this cream? Since Enchanted Cream is naturally pure white (unlike butter which is yellowish), you will get bright colors with very little coloring. Preferably use concentrated gel colors to avoid altering the cream’s texture.
Is it possible to prepare the cream in advance? Absolutely. You can prepare it the day before and keep it covered in the refrigerator. Before using it for piping, give it a quick whisk to restore its smoothness and flexibility.
