Sosa's Maltodextrin 12DE is a 100% corn-derived bulking agent. It increases volume and adjusts textures without sweetening the preparation, making it an excellent partial or total substitute for sucrose in your recipes (ice creams, pulverized/crystallized sugars, plant-based desserts). Technological parameters: BOD 15% (sweetening power), BAC 23% (anti-crystallizing power), solids 95%.
