Ideal for

Quick instructions (4 steps)

  1. Line the aluminum band with your dough (puff, shortcrust, etc.).

  2. Insert the stainless steel tube in the center to form the cavity.

  3. Bake on a perforated tray (paper or micro-perforated mat) until desired color.

  4. Remove the insert, let cool slightly, fill and decorate.

  • Lightly prick the base and weight down if needed during the first minutes (if dough is very lively).

  • For long-lasting crispiness: thin layer of cocoa butter or white chocolate inside after baking.
