The Sosa hot inulin is a 100% natural plant fiber extracted from the chicory root, intended for professionals wishing to add texture and a fatty sensation in aqueous preparations, without adding real fat.

Its thermoreversible structure and its great ability to simulate fat in the mouth make it ideal for creating creamy and melting textures, while improving the stability of preparations during freezing and thawing.

Usage instructions

  1. Add to a liquid while stirring vigorously

  2. Heat to 50–70 °C for good dispersion

  3. Do not exceed 70 °C (risk of degradation)

  4. Let rest 2 h at 5 °C for complete hydration

  5. Can be frozen / thermoreversible at 35–40 °C
