The Sosa guar gum is a 100% natural thickener extracted from legume seeds (Cyamopsis tetragonoloba), particularly effective to stabilize and give body to liquids, whether cold or hot. It is perfectly suitable for a wide range of food preparations, including sauces, coulis, purees, nectars or pastry recipes.
Easy to use, freeze stable, it allows to obtain a homogeneous, supple and fluid texture, without altering taste or color.
