Instructions for Use

Mix Elastic with the other dry ingredients of the preparation to facilitate dispersion. Then pour over the chosen liquid (water, juice, infusion, broth, plant-based milk) and heat while stirring until completely dissolved. Immediately pour into molds or desired containers, then let set at room temperature or in the refrigerator.

Indicative dosage: 25 to 50 g per kg of liquid depending on the desired texture (soft to firm). Compatible with all types of liquids, sweet or savory.
